We're a big fan of tattoos and lord knows we've got our share; but what you get and where you get the ink are as big a factor into whether or not you should get said ink. Rihanna has gotten her a little piece here and there, but this new one is a bit over the top...and homegirl must have had to be seriously doped up because that is about one of THE most painful places to get inked.
Granted she's dedicated it to her late beloved Grandma Dolly, but the under-the-tittays placement ain't quite workin for us.
